]]> One of the best ways to see Mauritius is from above! During your next visit, book a seaplane tour and take off from the water, rising into a cloudless sky.

Peer out of the window and you’ll see a whole palette of blues: the swirl of turquoise lagoons melting into an inky blue ocean. You’ll soar over tiny islands surrounded by coral reefs, sparkling beaches edged by emerald-green palm trees and yachts neatly lined up in a harbour.

Fly past the iconic Le Morne mountain, and get your camera ready for the underwater waterfall – an optical illusion you’ll only be able to spot from this aerial viewpoint.
